PLEASE READ IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT

Prior to your appointment, please email me at  laurenbode@animaltalk.ca one (1) full-frontal photograph with each animal facing forward with your and your animal's name(s), date of your appointment and provide/confirm your phone number in the email. 

Please ensure the face of the animal is visible.

PLEASE READ - FAQ's:

1) Your animal does not need to be with you at the time of the reading nor does it matter what language you speak at home.  As long as you understand English or can use a simultaneous translation app, it will be fine.

2) Unfortunately, I do not do readings for deceased animals.

3) If you cancel your appointment for any reason with a minimum of 12 hours notice, please send an email to laurenbode@animaltalk.ca and I will ensure your payment is refunded.

4) Please communicate with me using only one email address, the one you used to pay for your appointment and your full name.  It is how I locate clients in the system and incomplete/multiple names, pseudonyms and multiple email addresses may result in delays or missed information. 

5) I will call you at the telephone number you provided at the time of booking in PayPal or Setmore Booking App, using WhatsApp, Signal or Messenger, if you are not located in Canada or the continental US.

6) I am not taking specific booking requests as I am fully booked.
